Inbound Customer Call Handling for Caregiver & allied requirements for Phenixcare
Part of healthcare Start-ups – part of Customer Relationship Management teams with Existing & New Customers.
Support the Sales & Marketing team to achieve targets, solicit leads, work with Operations team for addressing customer issues, act as a channel to secure new customers through Customer Cold Calling for inquiries; Outbound.
Senior team leaders basis experience would be provided opportunity to work on Strategic Partnerships for Large Hospitals, Polyclinics and Healthcare setups on a PAN INDIA basis.
Skills – Passionate to work in a Startup Environment, chase aggressive targets on a Monthly basis
Education Qualification- Graduate. Fresher MBA candidates can apply.
Language Skills – Good Spoken & Written English, Marathi & Hindi is desired
